Event description:
The intra-cluster light (ICL) is a unique tool to explore the assembly of galaxy clusters with cosmic time. The amount of stellar debris floating in the gravitational potential of the cluster informs us about the violence and the timing of the merging process of the different cluster subunits. Here we will show the most detailed characterization of the ICL at intermediate redshift ever done. We have used the exquisite data from the Frontier Fields survey to explore clusters at 0.3
