Alumnus Charles Brown (Ph.D. 2019 with Jack Harris) selected as a recipient of the Quantum Creators Prize from the University of Chicago

Charles D. Brown II, currently a postdoctoral associate at the University of California Berkeley, was selected as a winner of the Quantum Creators Prize at the University of Chicago. The Quantum Creators Prize recognizes the achievements of early career researchers in the broad areas of Quantum Science and Engineering. 

He presented a talk, “Probe of Band Structure Singularities with a Lattice-Trapped Quantum Gas”, at the Quantum Creators Prize Symposium September 29-30, 2021. See below for further information.
