Pryanka Singh to be an Assistant Professor the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Indore

Priyanka Singh, YCAA Prize Postdoctoral Fellow working with Daisuke Nagai, has accepted a position as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Astronomy, Astrophysics and Space Engineering at the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Indore. She will join the faculty in July 2023.

About her new position, Priyanka says, “It’s an interdiscipinary department established in 2015. It is currently a member of SKA (square kilometer array) consortium as well as Rubin-LSST.

I will continue my research on galaxy physics, cosmology & data-driven astronomy as a part of the department.”
