Welcome to Alessandro Peca who comes to us from the University of Miami where he recently received his Ph.D. in physics. He is a laboratory associate doing research with Meg Urry.
His research focuses on active galactic nuclei (AGN) evolution, with particular interest in obscuration and variability. While his main research is in the X-rays, he also works with optical and infrared data.
Originally from Italy, Alessandro earned his master’s degree at the University of Bologna.
